Our founder, Taecha Francis, envisioned a space where community members could come together to celebrate, collaborate, and create lasting memories. Today, Fertile Crescent Cultural Center stands as a testament to that vision.

Fertile Crescent Cultural Center is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including meetings, galleries, film shoots, photography sessions, seminars, small shows, and movie screenings. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and memorable experience for all our clients.

Venue Description

The Fertile Crescent Cultural Center features a flexible layout with both front and back entrances for easy access. One side of the room is bathed in warm, low-lamp lighting, while the entire space is equipped with standard overhead lighting as well as moving and flashing LED lights to create an inviting atmosphere. This space can easily be customized and decorated, and is available for rent with or without existing furniture and fittings. Nestled between a quiet auction gallery and a laundromat, you can enjoy privacy and comfort — ensuring that your guests’ events and noise levels are not a disturbance.

Parking

We offer ample parking, with self-parking available in both the front and rear of the building. The venue can accommodate up to 90 vehicles.

Accessibility

The venue is accessible, with features to ensure ease of entry for all guests. Arrival is straightforward, as doors are open upon arrival.

Host Rules

OVERTIME

Overtime will be billed at the standard hourly rate, with advance notice required to confirm availability.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for leaving the venue in a clean condition. Any damages incurred during the event will be billed to the client.

FURNITURE

Moving of furniture is permitted, but we ask for advance notice and care in the process to avoid damages.

MISCELLANEOUS

- Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

- Decorations such as glitter or confetti are prohibited.

- Cooking on site is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made two weeks prior to the rental date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 13 days or less before the event.
